Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us or placing an order on the website, you agree to the terms and conditions, which also include our privacy policy. Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne AS does not guarantee that all items in the online store are always in stock. If the consumer has purchased a product that is not available, Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne AS reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne AS.
Taxes and fees
All prices are shown in NOK, and the customer will be charged in this currency. Note that all prices in the online shop include Norwegian VAT/VAT of 25%. For purchases outside Norway, we refer to our EU store, our Danish or Swedish store. If you buy outside of Norway, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival. Please check with the customs authorities in your country to clarify what additional costs may apply before purchasing.
Payment
We accept Visa card, Mastercard, VIPPS payment and invoice through NETS EASY with RIVERTY and KLARNA as invoice supplier. Once you have placed the order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. This shows the payment reference and the total value of your order, as well as the amount charged to your card. We will send you an update by email when your products have been packed and shipped. When purchasing by invoice, the buyer accepts that the claim upon confirmation of the order/purchase is immediately transferred to NETS EASY, or another third party, which is responsible for collection. Matters regarding the invoice are therefore a matter between the buyer and NETS EASY or possibly other third party to whom the claim has been transferred, or who for other reasons is responsible for the recovery of the claim. Inquiries regarding invoice collection must therefore be directed to RIVERTY or KLARNA or possibly other third party.
Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order or sample before you buy. These cancellation policies describe how you can change or cancel this type of purchase.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of the subscription that you choose. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions can be renewed automatically upon expiry. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you can cancel it. If you want to change or cancel your subscription, you can do this at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order where you can manage the subscription. See our return policy for more information on returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in stock. We can either require no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method and then deduct the full or remaining payment at a future date when the order is fulfilled. You can cancel a partially paid advance order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund. Shipping
We strive to send orders that come in before 10am on the same day. Orders received after 10 am are sent the next working day. Shipping is handled by Bring, Helt Hjem Instabox, Postnord and Porter Buddy. You choose the shipping alternative at the checkout. Bring package in the mailbox is free for purchases over DKK 300. For the remaining shipping options, a shipping fee is added. Indicative shipping time is stated in the box at checkout under each shipment alternative. Please note that delivery times are given as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, delays with shipping and/or stock availability.
Right of withdrawal
Goods purchased on ankerstjerne.no can be returned using the statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal assumes that the goods are returned within 14 days after the goods were received, and that we have received notification of the use of the right of withdrawal at kundeservice@ankerstjerne.no within 14 days after the goods were received. Further information on how to return the item is sent to the customer by email. The item must be returned undamaged, unopened and in original packaging with an intact seal. The seal must NOT be broken. Cosmetics are to be considered hygiene products, ref. §22 g of the Norwegian Civil Code, and cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
When using the right of withdrawal, the customer must cover the return shipping cost of DKK 79. This is deducted from the amount that is refunded.
